Being judgemental

Is even family judgemental. Do they really respect you with all the weaknesses you have?

Rules..

We live by rules.. People say, you have rules at work, you have rules on the road, you have rules everywhere, why then do you question rules at home. If you are expected something to be done only in a certain way and its said that its a rule, why is is so difficult to digest this, why does the heart and the mind rebel this?
Is it cos its so tired of rules that it wants to break free atleast at home? Wants to be at "HOME" at home?

Is a change called breaking rules...? And why cant rules be adaptive and be modified with times...?
Koi Pyaar Kare Tumse Kare,
Tum jaise ho waise kare,
tumhe badal kar jo pyar kare,
who pyaar nahin , sauda kare
aur Sahiba Pyar mein Sauda nahin hota

I wonder why

I wonder why... when some people like you for who you are.. as you are, some ask you to change...
I wonder why... some say you look nice.. some say.. you are not that pretty... wish you were prettier still...
I wonder why... Some say ur smile is nice.. some say you smile too much..whats the matter..

I wonder why... I have so many questions in my mind...

I wonder why...

The Road to nowhere

A gentle breeze across my face
A flash away from the maddening race
A path that few knew
with memories wrapped many I knew

The pitch darkness
remembered with a fondness
into imagination I drift,
till the bend there made me shift,

As I slowed,
I saw other wanderers on the road

As you set on this road
no one knows
whether u'll see the end
or a sweet turn will push u back to reality.

Life is just like this road
Occasional meanders and crossings to show you
you are not on a lonely road
more wanderers are with you in the journey.

Mood : Sleepy.. Listening to : Tere Bina from Guru.

Thinking of a missed photo opportunity while I wait for my team to get ready to go eat :)
While I was driving to work today, somewhere near Manipal Hospital I saw a massive monkey do a tight rope walk on one of the electrical wires above…It crossed the stretch cautiously .. paused right at the centre, turned to the vehicles below and kind of had its hand up.. like a tight rope artist waving to the crowd ..…and all this while I was listening to the radio and seeing this whole site waiting at the signal.. when suddenly I thought I should click a picture.
I picked up my mobile phone and focused. The monkey was too far away.. so I started zooming in.. without realizing the zoom button is the same as the volume button… and all that was happening while I was zooming in, was that my radio volume was going up… (In case u dint figure it out already.. the radio was playing on my mobile :))
By the time I did the whole activity of turning the radio off, going back to camera mode.. the monkey had moved to the lamp post at the end of the wire and was shaking the post vigorously…. And just when I was all ready to click I heard the continuous honking… the signal had turned green and the impatient cars behind me dint give me my photo op. :(All I got was a white screen cos by the time I moved I was right in front of the sun :(

Pantomime

Missed the panto in Chennai this Christmas.. not that i have caught every show.. but yes last three years i have seen all the shows..

Its a cool concept.. I love plays and theatre ayways and a pantomime is awesome.. A pantomime is not to be confuse with mime artists performances...its a theatrical entertainment for children, based on a fairy tale but including songs, dances, topical jokes, and the playing of the hero's part by a woman.

This years was “Shylock! Merchant or menace?”...

Wish Bangalore had some plays or pantos and i found the time to go to them....sigh
